Agent Product Terms & Condition
One Membership Terms & Conditions
Your One Membership is a 3-month commitment, which will auto-renew every three months. There are two subscription plans available:
- One Membership Unlimited - Flat monthly rate
- One Membership Monthly - Monthly subscription plus usage fee
Billing Cycle
Your subscription fee will be billed monthly until termination of service. Usage fees will be billed at the end of each 3 month cycle. All services are non-refundable.
Cancellation
Cancellation of your One Membership may be requested at any point and will be effective at the end of your current commitment period.
Any remaining charges in the 3 month period must be paid prior to termination of service. If you are on the One Membership Monthly plan, you will receive a final Usage bill at the end of your commitment period.

Plan Changes
You are welcome to switch between Monthly and Unlimited plans. This change can be requested at any time but will take effect at the end of your current commitment period.
If you are switching from the One Membership Monthly plan to the One Membership Unlimited, your current period Usage bill will be charged at the end of the period prior to your plan change.
Advertising Product Terms & Conditions
Advertising Products
REW offers a variety of advertising products to enhance the reach of our Agent partners. The current offerings include:
- Apex - Minimum 3 month commitment
- Regional Banners - Minimum 3 month commitment
- Location Profile Lite - Minimum 3 month commitment
- Marquee Listings - Sold as individual or 5 packs
Advertising partners are required to maintain an active One Membership subscription in good standing for the duration of their partnership.
Billing Cycle
Advertising products can be either prepaid or on a monthly payment plan. All services are non-refundable.
Apex Annual Renewal
This agreement will auto-renew annually with your chosen payment method and terms from the previous commitment period. Either party can provide notice of non-renewal in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date.
REW reserves the right to change Apex markets and prices from time to time. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price or change becomes effective.
Cancellation
Advertising products have a minimum 3 month commitment period. After this point, cancellations may be requested with 30 days’ notice ahead of the next billing date.

Connect Program Terms & Conditions
Billing Cycle
Connect is an annual partnership program with a 12-month commitment paid in full upfront or over 12 monthly recurring charges. For the duration of the partnership, Connect program partners are required to maintain an active One Membership subscription in good standing.
Annual Renewal
This agreement will auto-renew annually with your chosen payment method from the previous year. Either party can provide notice of non-renewal in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date.
REW reserves the right to review and amend program terms at renewal, including price or market updates, with any changes communicated to our program partners at least 30 days before the renewal date.
Cancellation
This is an annual (12 month) partnership program for agents who are truly committed to their local market and looking to build relationships with new customers in that market over the long term.
Cancellation of the auto-renewal must be requested prior to the end of your current annual term.
Requests for cancellation or moving markets during the program term will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. An in-term cancellation may lead to exclusion from the program in the future. To request a cancellation, notice must be submitted in writing to ar@rew.ca
Please note that all paid services are nonrefundable.
Program Review
REW will review the markets within the Connect Program annually. Any changes impacting program partners will be emailed to partners at least 30 days before their annual renewal date.
Terms & Conditions Applicable to All Products
Payment Terms
All REW invoices are payable on receipt prior to service activation, unless otherwise noted. Overdue amounts will incur 2% interest per month (26.2% per annum).
Changes to the Price and Subscription Plan
REW reserves the right to change subscription plans and the price from time to time. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price or subscription change becomes effective.
Payment Methods
To use REW services you must provide a credit card to be kept on file and associated with your account. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully processed due to card expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise and you do not cancel your subscription, we may suspend access to the service until we successfully charge your card.
