What is Boost and why does it exist?
Boost increases your listing exposure on REW search pages by placing your listings at the top of homeseekers’ search results.
Online property search lists are usually viewed in chronological order by listing date. In active markets, new listings can fall beyond the depth typical new homeseekers will view in one session. Boost overcomes this by providing exposure at the top of geographic searches that your listings fall into.
Who is Boost for?
Boost is for any One members who have active listings.
Boost works powerfully to:
- Promote a new listing to the widest possible audience on REW
- Augment the marketing plans you have promoted to your clients
- Increase views of your properties that have fallen in rank in searches
- Ensure your name and image (your brand) appear at the top of search results.
How Boost works.
- You can purchase Boost at any time, for any listing.
- Your Boost will run for 30 days, or until your listing goes off market (whichever happens first).
- Your Boosted listings will share the top one or two positions of the search result page in each listing’s respective neighbourhood, or when the listing’s neighbourhood is part of a larger area search.
- There is no limit to the quantity of Boosted listings in a neighbourhood.
- There are two Boosted listing positions reserved at the top of search result pages. If only one is active, only one will show. If more than two are active, Boosted listings will be rotated equally every time the page is loaded.
Boost pricing.
- Boost is priced at $150 per listing for a 30-day period.
- Multiple Boost packages are available via your REW Account Manager
- An REW.one membership is required.
